This service sucks if there is no customer service or even a message on the site that Wink is working on the issue. Totally thinking of changing to google home - haven't heard of issues with that service. Totally unacceptable as a service - especially for those dependent on the services due to disabilities - ABSOLUTLY UNACCEPTABLE
Wink has had a history of going "down/dark" a number of times the last few years. Seems to always happen during holiday (LONG) weekends and takes them days to get it "fixed" Nothing you can do but wait until they get around to it. Sorry but don't waste your time on stupid hoops the tell you to fix it on your end - IT ISN'T!!!
Wink.com’s server IP address could not be found. Wink hub 2 is flashing blue. Unplugged several times for up to an hour and still just flashing blue. Also unplugged router and plugged it back in after approx. 5 min. Can't turn on my lights connected to hub through app or Google Home. Can't access any wink support sites.
Down for me too. Their website and my Hub is offline. This is NOT how to run a business especially after you have FORCED your users to pay a service subscription (RANSOM) in order to continue to use the product. No email notification, nothing. Perhaps time to look into the plethora of automation options.
