I have tutanota on a PC and a laptop (wireless) PC has reported beginning offline since 3/4/2024. Today used laptop and updated to latest version

Happy New Year! "The connection to the server is lost. Please try again. I've been unable to log into my tutanota email for the past half-day. It's now 12:48am on Canada's east coast. All of my other email accounts are working fine. No internet issues. Can't even reach the tuta.com website.

The Tutanota email server has been down since 5:00 AM on December 16, and they have not responded to my call or message to let me know their status. I used this [email protected] before I signed up, and they have responded before. It seemed all they did was collect as many users as possible before shutting down their server, since they had reached their quota. What seems fishy is that they don't provide offline settings to download my message from their server, and that is a give-away. They have all my messages, and their server is still down as of 4 A.M today, and I still cannot access my message. Plus, they have ignored my numerous calls as well as my email messages.

I live near Toronto, Canada and I have been unable to login to my email tutanota account for over 24 hours. My partner has the same problem. I cannot logon through the app for my iphone or through your login page.

Keeps freezing with false messages saying I am offline when I am l with other apps working, including protonMail. This started in late May. Tutanota seems unable to restore reliable service. It happens on two macs using different OS versions and different Firefox versions. Something changed at Tutanota - they need to reset it back to what was working four weeks ago on both Macs.

Tutanota server is still down on June 2 , 2022. How much longer we still need to wait before it is up?

Cannot log into mail.tutanota.com. It spins for a couple minutes then the following message appears: “The connection to the server was lost. Please try again.”

I can not reach any log-in/sign-in page (on any browser). Browsers up to date, modem – newest one.

The login page loads blank. Refreshing doesn't help. First time I've had this problem. (Not changed any browser or Java settings lately. Windows 8.1

Since tutanota doesn't seem to be coming up does anyone recommend any alternative to tutanota?

Tutanota has become a bit too secure. I understand no one else can access my emails now but it's no good if I can't access them either.

Love the email client except that it constantly says Im offline when I go to send emails with pictures. I guess Ill start looking for a more reliable service. I was able to post this.. proves Im not offline.

Has been down basically all day. Location: Colombia Was only able to log in 2 or 3 times out of over 100 attempts in a 12 hour span.

Cannot sign in. I can access every other site I use daily except tutanota.

Tutanota.com has not been available in Maine, US for the past 20 minutes. Nothing wrong with my connection.
