Actually, The server was down for a few days. But the remote viewing still didn’t work, so tried to reboot the cctv system, and is now working fine. Just need to restart the cctv unit, and it will work.

Swann server is definitely down both set of cctv not working over remote access. WIFI in same building is work though. been like this more than 5 days.

I have lost remote connection with 3 units, I have tried connecting via IPad, laptop and phone, all fail to connect. The units are in different homes. Is your server down?
