I can't even play it offline. As soon as you ok the error screen, the screen goes black and that's it. It just crashes.

Hi, I have recently bought Metal Gear Solid 5 on PS4 and have been enjoying playing it but today I downloaded the latest update and can no longer connect to the server. It says (10003). My console is connected to the internet no problem so I'm guessing it must be the game. I have tried all of the usual steps to fix it. Any ideas what might be wrong?
