I've been trying to get on Jetflicks since September . No information just a blank white screen. I paid renewal for 6 months. I demand to know the reason for the disruption in service. I want to cancel my subscription until this matter is solved
I have not been able to access jetflicks, I receive an error message when attempting to open the site, for nearly a month now. I have been trying to get some kind of help with this issue to no avail and now I would like to cancel my subscription before you renew it this month. Please advise.
Everytime I've tried to log on for the past several days I've gotten an "internal server error" notice that pops up.. Do they know there is a problem?? I'm getting very aggravated with this because I paid to be able to use the site for my TV viewing.. And most likely I won't get reimbursed for all the days I've lost.. And they have no customer service number to contact them to let them know what's up.. Which seems VERY SHADY if you ask me!! I'm tired of this crap!!!
