The answer I got from a Community Monitor:
"Yes a few days ago someone within the Cloud network accidentally bumped off 6 total networks with ours being one of
them, It took us a bit to find the issue as everything on our end was coming back fine, So once we discovered this
we contacted the network that was the cause of ours being down and the issue was fixed.
So then we decided to test our mobile apps to see if the cloud was going to be able to handle the load well it
could not, So now we will be moving everything to a new server/ network that will be able to handle the load of
users we will encounter. The other issue is that the cloud is causing alot of hardship to our software being it
does not jive with any of it, so sometime today we will be fixing the damaged sections from this crash and we
will start proceedings to move everything to this other server which is a huge job and there will be more
downtime over the next few weeks, As we have to have a stable enough network to handle the apps this is the only
way we can do it , So we are asking everyone to be patient as i know users are frustrated as much as we are but
its something that has to be done before we can move forward with our new apps and desktop versions..
With that being said expect down time over the next few weeks as we transition into the new network that will be
able to handle our Mobile apps.
I do not even try to log in anymore (especially in the last few days) ISPQ has been down most of the time in the last week here in Canada.
1.15 p.m. and no access in the UK. Tuesday I was able to finally log in around 5 p.m., but a friend in the USA said he had not been able to log in either.
Still down, can someone explain this stuff??

What is happening with Ispq..?? Ive been using this program since it started and its servers have never been as bad as they are now, is there a newer revamped version coming or is just going to die like all the other programs have....I hope not.

ISPQ keeps going down and back up. long time in between. Wish they would get the servers working right. hope its not dying.. i just renewed membership a month ago.. USA here
I was able to connect yesterday for a while, but us was down the day before and today it is down again here in the U.S.
No ISPQ connection with me in UK the last 3 days
Cannot connect to the server for the past day and a half. No info on ISPQ's Twitter page about the service disruption, unfortunately. And I just renewed for another year :( I wonder if it's finally dead -- no software updates for Mac in YEARS; they just take the annual fee and pocket it.
Errorcode 10060 for the aplication and homepage not available. Seems like finaly it is dead? RIP ... i had some nice hours with you xxx
