GLWIZ has been down now since last night and now 9 am in Europe it still doesnt work!!! So it means we have to wait at least 6 more hours to have GLWiz!!!!!! so bad costumerservice!!!

They are selling $10 device for $350 and does not even work. Remote control range is uwful. Gleechy software. Today is November 06, 2022 and system and network is down. Website is down. Customer service on the phone is down. I think TVBOX service is much better. Shame shame shame

The website is down, the app is not working on Samsung, it says please connect to customer support, but nobody answers...they are closed till tomorrow at 9 am (Monday, Toronto time). THANK YOU FOR THE SERVICE!!! I WILL LOOK FOR ANOTHER PROVIDER, SOON.

This is just the worst experiecne I had using digital tv services! if you can not fix it, you should not charge people for it! Their servers are not capable to fulfill the demand and trafic and their support team are telling all the time that the issue is your internet connection!!! What the hell? my internet is fiber optic connection 256MBps download!!!

On my samsung smart tv, I used to watch glwiz but it's been a week that I just see the logo sign of GLWIZ and I can not see the channels . I did delete GLWIz and download it again from samsung apps but the problem still exists. Thank you for your time .
