I was playing earlier this morning when I got a Software Update Required Message. I accepted the update, and it downloaded and started to update, but as it got to the point of fully restarting, it froze, leaving a series of increased sized circles running from top left to bottom right on the screen. I have tried deleting the updated software, and downloading another copy, but it does exactly the same thing, loads up to the point it is about to fully reopen, and then freezes with the diaganel line of increasing sized circles running from top left to bottom right!
App will not load game since update. Uninstalled, reinstalled, rebooted, cleared cache (a few times)...nothing has helped. Once the app opened, only to give black screen after selecting culture. After 5-6 mins, closed app, opened it again. It remains stuck on loading page. I've mailed support but no response yet. I'm sure I've lost all my troops and rss now, it's SvS wartime and I have not been able to access my account to maintain truce agreement. Server 1166.
