Step 1: Refresh your browser by hitting CTRL + F5 at the same time.
Problem resolved? No, Proceed to Step 2.
Step 2: Switch off your modem and after restarting your computer turn it on again. Clear internet cookies and browser cache.
Still trapped, then move to Step 3.
Step 3: Your firewall may have blocked everyone.net. Temporarily disable your anti-virus or firewall running in background. Now, if you are able to access everyone.net, be informed your security software is causing trouble. Try adding everyone.net into trusted sites' set.
Step 4: If problem still persists, it could be DNS fault. DNS is a service that translates everyone.net into computer-readable address called IP address. In most cases this job is done by your ISP. If only specific sites aren't opening chances are, it got corrupt.
My MS Outlook has long been configured to use Everyone.net for my Copper.net email. This morning it was working fine. This afternoon it told me it couldn't connect so I can't receive email to my Copper.net address. I then tried to go to the Webmail link via browser and that also failed. Command line NSLOOKUP returns an IP for it. However ping of that IP fails. It looks like Everyone.net is completely down. Oddly Copper.net's own page (which has little on it) is actually up. I did notice yesterday on refreshing mail in Outlook there were a couple of times it got bogged down. It appears whatever started yesterday got worse today. Thankfully, Copper.net via Everyone.net is no longer my primary email.
APLUS bought SITESTAR and had EVERYONE.NET take over all of our email accounts between February and March 2022, WITHOUT notice and ZERO customer support. The move over of emails from one server to another took a few days, but NONE of the emails already in the SITESTAR mail box or in the case of my business, none of the 30,000 emails in folders on the SITESTAR server have been moved over. No communication, no ability to get anyone on the phone at EVERYONE.NET, no ability to leave a phone message. Not even sure they really exist, because two different addresses listed on Google, so will be going to check the physical addresses here in Silicon Valley. Could just be a hollow shell company owned by ALPUS.
