I can not connect to cricut.com I would like to cancel my subscription.

App will not open on any desktops

Images will not add from library to canvas.

Renewed my subscription for a yr. Funds were withdrawn from my account. Cricut still says I'm not subscribed. Countless hours on the telephone and text messages. No resolution. I can log in..no problem, but no subscription???

Cant buy something

Can't log in. It displays Product Setup or Login - neither of which do anything at all, and it just keeps refreshing to that same screen.

It just saying connect my machine

I cant get logged in its just showing as error loading page. then after several attempts when i actually get past that part its not recognising my user id or password

Just keeps loading and reloading. whats the issue

My cricut design space just keeps reloading and will not open any of my projects , I have restarted my computer uninstalled and reinstalled it with it only to do the same thing.

Every time I go into my Cricut design space, it freezes and wont let me load anything. It has been like this for 24 hrs. I have restared, reinstalled and nothing is fixing it.

Since installing an update when opening Cricut this morning, I cannot gain access to my images or even open my projects. Everything is blank.

Apart from getting the message to check my perfectly functional internet connection (everything else is working just fine today, design space will not let me save projects at all today. Worked perfectly fine last night

Will not connect to my bluetooth. It will act like its going to and then keeps asking me to pick the one I'm using but never connects.

Cricut.com website. Have called 2 days in a row to be told it’s not on their end, can not log into my account for 2 days!!! So frustrating , I never get anywhere with their help. 🤦🏼‍♀️

Cannot get into design space. Will not load any of my projects. Start a new project and will not cut keep saying something about choose correct material setting. No matter what setting I go to I keep getting the same message.

Design Space is not loading projects. I did all troubleshooting as usual, clear cache, make sure browser is current etc, nothing helped. I just looked on their facebook and everyone is having issues, and no response from cricut!

Happening for me too. I have tried a Mac, a PC and a Chromebook, every available browser. Chrome, Firefox and Safari. I have created a new account as well. The design space has to be down.
