Clover running extremely slow and then crashes.

Clover system unable to connect/sync to run sales and says customers do not exist (not connecting to DB)

Can't login and can't reach support

I hit my clover app on my computer and it just spins. It never goes on :(

Clover server down since this morning. We've resorted to cash only for the day.

I believe The storm disrupted one of their main server locations in south FL, and as a result all pos's are being forced to work in offline mode.

To be honest, they probably got hacked/ddos and are embarrassed/ doing damage control.

I been having problems since 10:30 this morning...had to close due to this problem

All 8 of our retail locations experience severe lagging problems. - Payment not going through or being so slow. - Can't use third-party reward apps. - Can't log-in to the dashboard. - Reporting is not accurate. - Customers not able to use gift card.

Same as everyone else. slow or crashing. Why does Clover not have an auto issue contact?? This is pathetic

Our whole restaurant chain is down. Omg! Haven't seen this before.

Server not connecting to POS properly. Staff having issues clocking in and things that are working are working slowly. Confirmed system wide by Clover customer service message.

My employees are freaking out because they can't enter their tips and may lose them when Clover does their automatic close out. When is this nonsense going to be resolved.

Server connection issues, card transaction payments have either been very slow or simply times out and rejects. Been spotty all day today

Clover is down. Website help is fluctuating from 46 minutes to 2 minutes and back to 39 minute wait times. Phone help said there were "outages" in the system and disconnected. Terminals are down for transactions and credit card processing is taking minutes per if it goes through at all instead of reverting to offline mode.

I do credit card processing and all of my merchants are not able to do anything with Clover whatsoever!!! Restaurants, beer distributors, etc....After 1 1/2 hours I got in touch with Clover Support and they said 3 departments are working on it and it will be resolved within the next few hours. Uggh....really on a Friday afternoon? OMG!!!

Everything related to clover is down. Phone lines tell you services are down and no one can help and then you're disconnected. Terminal is down, website is down for the "virtual terminal" we are literally dead in the water and cannot take payments.

Log in was very slow yesterday, now I cannot login at all

Log in and password and then click login and it brings you back to empty login and password page again.

Clover site not loading at all in multiple browsers? Just ...nothing.

I am not able to login. Earlier I was able to use it but it was taking little than longer to load.

No service. Unable to use clover go and the website.

Unable to accept payments, unable to use website and iOS functionality. No public announcement neither from Glover, nor from Wells Fargo Merchant Services. Totally useless “Caribbean” based “support. Deception. Failure to admit having a serious problem. Failure to notify users about the outage that appears to be a result of hacking. Stop your lies! Tell the truth.
